T-Rex
tyrannosaurus Rex ( or T-rex for short) is one of the most well-represented of large
theropods. The T-rex was known as ''the king of the dinosaurs'', and was found in a
variety of rock formations dating the maastrichtian age to the cretaceous period, and
was one of the last dinosaurs before the Cretaceous-paleogene extinction event.
1.Description:
The T-rex was one of the largest land animals of all time; the largest t-rex
ever found was Lucy, which measured 12.3 meters ( 40 ft) long, and
was 4 meters ( 13 ft) long at hips.The T-Rex's neck formed a natural
S-shape curve like other theropods, the forelimbs had only two claws,
T-rex bite could destroy bone wih only on bite.
2. feathers:
Their is a theory that the T-Rex might have feathers in its body, one scientist
said that even lucy had some sort of hair in her body, another T-rex called
Dilong paradoxus , found in china, had some kind of feathers. The trex may
had feathers when it hacthed from its egg, as it grew it may had shed its
feathers.
3.Prey:
The T-rex heavily prey on the triceratops because some can be old and sick
which can be an easy prey and also eat edmontosaurus, alamosurus,
denvesaurus, and even cannibalism its bite force was overpassed by
the megalodon and the giant croc and some studies found bones of a trex
with bites suggesting it was attacked by the same species.
4. Arms:
Scientists have been very confused at the dinosaur's claws,
which measure about 1 meter (3.3 ft), it may had use to hold
a prey and give it a chance to kill it easier, or to hold a mate during mating.
